Products not quite right

I bought a few items from this company and most have failed. The bow does not sit up so it just flops down. The waste bag broke at the attachment so we have to carry it separately. And the harness does not fit per the size guide. However there are some positives. Print choices are great and quality of the harness clasps are wonderful.
