RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with our small business. We ask that you please measure your pup correctly before purchasing any collar or harness to ensure you get the correct size. 

As we are a small business we cannot offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing. We can offer you a store credit. 

If your collar or harness does not fit we are happy to exchange the item for you for another size, providing the following:

- You contact us within 10 days of receiving your item/s via email hello@barxandboo.com.au

- The product/s must be in original condition and packaging and must be unmarked/unworn

- For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns/exchanges on items that have been worn

The customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. 

We don't accept returns on SALE items as stated on the SALE collection page or during sale periods, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

If you receive an item that is faulty we will replace this item for you FREE of charge and cover all associated shipping costs.
