As we are a small business we ask that you please measure your pup correctly before purchasing any collar or harness to ensure you get the correct size.
If your collar or harness does not fit we are happy to exchange the item for you for another size, issue a refund or provide you with a shop credit providing the following:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your item/s
- The product/s must be in original condition and packaging
As we are a small business, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ASSOCIATED SHIPPING COSTS and any cost difference for any upgrade to your sizing.
If you receive an item that is faulty we will replace this item for you FREE of charge and cover all associated shipping costs.
